They really live up to the catchphrase "like a good neighbor" because they are friendly, personable, and willing to what they can to look out for you. I've had several other experiences working with faceless text and automated voice messages to set up my past policies at other companies, so being able to speak to and work with a real human has been such a relief. Olga is sweet and caring and understood exactly what would respect my insurance needs and my wallet. 5/5 stars!"
