I have to look for a different agent because this is absurd how shitty the customer service has been for so many years. When the claims department is telling customers they can’t help and you have to call your agent then to be told by the agents you have to call claims because they can’t help you either is absolutely ridiculous. After 25 years of using State Farm it’s time to look for other companies and if anything a different agent."
